利用XH-1型干热分析仪测试短纤维干热收缩率

摘　　要：使用XH-1型干热分析仪,利用图像法测量短纤维的干热收缩率,分析了图像法测试短纤维干热收缩率的可行性和影响因素,并和传统的光栅法进行比较。结果表明:用XH-1型干热分析仪测试短纤维干热收缩率,操作简便,分析结果可靠,而且重复性和平行性都优于光栅法。Using XH-1 type dry heat analyzer, the dry heat shrinkage rate of staple fiber is measured by im-age method. The feasibility and impact factors of image method are analyzed, the image method and the tra-ditional grating method are compared. The results show that image method using XH-1 type dry heat analyz-er operate simply, the analysis result is reliable, and the repeatability and parallel are better than that ofgrating method.
