摘  要:目的:观察孕期口服二甲双胍对子代生长发育的影响。方法:妊娠期在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院就诊并口服二甲双胍治疗的母亲所分娩的婴幼儿137例为二甲双胍组,广州市越秀区妇幼保健院定期儿科保健的相应年龄健康婴幼儿931例为健康对照组,分别收集两组婴幼儿6个月、1周岁、18个月、2周岁、3周岁、4周岁、5周岁的生长指标(身长及体重值),以及精神智力发育情况。结果:两组婴幼儿6个月、1周岁、18个月、2周岁、3周岁、4周岁、5周岁的身高值及体重值相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。二甲双胍组婴幼儿精神、智力发育未见明显异常。结论:孕期服用二甲双胍对后代生长发育无明显不良影响。Objective:the growth and development of the children whose mothers were treated mefformin during pregnancy was observed to assess the safety of mefformin during pregnancy. Methods:Follow-up survey for 137children whose mothers had received metformin during pregnancy was carried out. The body height and body weight of the children whose mothers had received mefformin during pregnancy were compared with that of the same age normal children's whose mothers were healthy and without any pregnancy complications. We collected data of children's body height and body weight when they were 6 months of age,one-year-old, 18 months of age, two-year-old,three-year-old, four-year-old, five-year-old, reapectively. Results. There were no significant differences about the body height and body weight of the children whose mothers were treated metformin during pregnancy compared with normal children's when they were 6 months of age, one-year-old, 18 months of age, two-year-old, three-year-old, four-year-old, five-year-old, respectively ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Metformin treatment during pregnancy appears to have no adverse effects on the growth and development of children.
