摘 要:为了分析海庙港新增通用泊位工程对周边水域的影响,利用MIKE21建立二维水动力模型,模拟其水动力特性,采用实测资料对模拟结果进行验证。在获得水动力数据的基础上,对溢油事故进行环境影响预测。结果表明,风、潮工况对溢油运动轨迹影响较大,当风向与潮流方向一致时,油膜中心运动速度较大,油膜中心点间距较大,而当风向与潮流方向相反时,油膜运动方向甚至会与潮流方向相反,不同的风向直接导致溢油漂移方向不同。In order to analyze the influence of newly-constructed general berth project to its nearby water area,a 2-D hydrodynamic model was established by using MIKE21 to simulate hydrodynamic property.The computational results were verified by measured data.Based on the obtained hydrodynamic data,MIKE-SA was established to predict the effect on environments induced by oil spilling accident.Results show that both wind and tide had a great effect on prediction of oil spill trajectories.When the wind direction was the same as tidal current direction,oil slick spread open and the centre of oil slick had a large speed.Whereas,the moving direction of oil slick even was opposite to that of tidal current.The winds in different direction leaded oil slick to different drifting direction.
