摘　　要：阐述了职业素养的含义,探讨了高校图书馆青年馆员应该具备的职业素养,目的是为了鼓励青年馆员在今后的工作中更好地做好图书馆读者服务工作。This paper expounds the meaning of professional qualities, and probes into the professional qualities that the young university librarians should have, the purpose of which is to encourage the young librarians to service better the readers in the future.
