摘　　要：以能力拓展为切入点,分析了信息管理类知识对卫生信息管理专业毕业生在能力拓展、就业竞争力方面的影响,探讨了如何将信息管理知识更好地融合于卫生信息管理人才的培养过程,以培养高质量、高适应性的卫生信息管理人才。Taking the capacity development as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the influence of the knowledge of information management on the capacity development and employment competence of the graduates of health information management specialty, and probes into how to realize the better fusion of the knowledge of information management into the cultivation of health information management personnel to train the health information management talents with high quality and high adaptability.
