临床药师以药品不良反应监测为切入点开展药学服务的体会

摘　　要：本文结合临床药师开展药品不良反应监测的工作实践,总结本院开展药学服务的内容、方法。临床药师可以从药学信息咨询服务,参与临床会诊、药学查房,抗菌药物合理使用、中药注射剂安全使用等方面开展药学服务工作。把握好药学服务工作的切入点,临床药师能为临床提供多种形式的药学服务,促进临床合理用药。Work content and method of pharmaceutical service in our hospital were summarized in accordance with practices of adverse drug reaction monitoring conducted by clinical pharmacist in this paper. Pharmaceutical service can be conducted by clinical pharmacist through aspects of pharmaceutical information counseling, participating in clinical consultation and pharmacy ward rounds, rational usage of antibacterial agents, and safe application of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Fully grasping of breakthrough point in pharmaceutical service, clinical pharmacist can provide multiform clinical pharmaceutical service and accelerate rational drug use.
