摘　　要：目的运用品管圈活动，探索PDCA缩短中小型设备采购时间的作用。方法根据PDCA的方法，开展品管圈活动，对我院的中小型设备采购进行现状分析、拟定对策、对策实施、检讨与改进等步骤的实施，运用头脑风暴、甘特图、鱼骨图、流程图等管理工具缩短中小型设备采购时间。结果通过该项PDCA活动，我院中小型设备平均采购时间缩短40.12％。结论正确运用PDCA循环可有效缩短中小型设备采购时间，并且能提高品管圈圈员的工作能力。Objective To explore the role of PDCA in shortening the procurement time of small and medium sized medical equipment by quality control circles （QCC）. Methods According to PDCA, we conducted QCC in small and medium sized medical equipment procurement in our hospital, analyzed the causes, set the goals, deveioped countermeasures, put them into effect, reviewed and improved steps of implementation. We used brainstorming, Gantt chart, fishbone diagram, flow chart management tools to shorten small and medium sized medical equipment procurement time. Result Through PDCA, the average procurement time of small and medium sized medical equipment was shortened by 40.12%. Conclusion The correct usage of PDCA can effectively shorten small and medium sized medical equipment procurement time, and improve the service ability of control circle members.
