摘  要:目前大庆油田采用深度处理污水进行复合驱回注,污水处理工艺复杂.分析油田深度处理污水(深污)、普通处理污水(普污)和强碱三元采出污水(三元污)等,对强碱三元复合体系界面性能、稳定性、乳化能力、抗吸附性能、岩心注入能力及驱油效率的影响程度.结果表明:深度处理污水和普通处理污水配制体系有较好的抗吸附性能,同时与原油配伍性较好,普通处理污水比深度处理污水表现出更好的注入能力和驱油效率;强碱三元采出污水注入能力最好,但水质成分复杂,原油配伍性和抗吸附性能较差.根据配制三元复合体系性能,优选结果为普污>深污>三元污.普通处理污水和深度处理污水达到复合体系性能要求,可以回注强碱三元复合驱区块,降低成本,减少采出液排放污染;三元采出污水有待采用更先进的手段进行处理.In order to deal with the problem of re-injecting wastewater by advanced treatment in Daqing oilfield,this paper contrasts and analyzes how such wastewater by advanced treatment,by conventional treatment,and directly recovered from alkali ASP system respectively influence interfacial behavior,stability,emulsification,adsorption,injectivity and oil displacement efficiency within alkali ASP system.The results show that wastewater by advanced treatment and by conventional treatment features good adsorption performance and good compatibility with the crude oil,and that injectability and oil displacement efficiency of wastewater by conventional treatment are better than that by advanced treatment.It is also concluded that wastewater directly from alkali ASP system,compared with the other two kinds of wastewater,is characterized by better injectability,however,the complex components lead to worse compatibility with the crude oil and worse adsorption.As far as performance of ASP system is concerned,the optimum sequence can be listed as wastewater by conventional treatment>that by advanced treatment>that recovered from ASP system.Therefore re-injecting wastewater by conventional treatment instead of wastewater by advanced treatment into the alkali ASP system flooding blocks can reduce cost,providing economic benefits as well as enormously environmental benefits by eliminating the environmental pollution.
