摘  要:以铁质客体遗留印迹为例,研究5-Br-PADAP显现金属工具遗留印迹的增强方法。考察喷洒去离子水、溶剂中加水、增加手面皮肤排汗量、用水蒸气对接触部位进行熏蒸等4种增强方法及其与喷洒显色剂5-Br-PADAP溶液先后顺序、操作时间对印迹强度和分辨率的影响。实验结果表明,以上4种增强方法均可显著地提高印迹强度和分辨率,且除了通过溶剂中加水方法外,在喷洒显色剂后使用以上方法效果优于喷洒前使用。其中,喷洒0.3 m L以75%乙醇为溶剂1 g/L的5-Br-PADAP溶液后,用水蒸气对接触部位熏蒸30 s是提高遗留印迹强度和分辨率的最佳增强方法,该方法可以在保证遗留印迹信息完整的前提下,提高遗留印迹的强度和显出率。Taking imprints left by iron tools as an example,techniques of improving imprints left by metal tools with 5-Br-PADAP reagents were investigated. The effect of four improving techniques including spraying distilled water,the addition of water into solvent,accelerated sweating,exposure to water vapor,sequence between them and the chromogenic reagent and operation time on the intensity and resolution of imprints was investigated. As by in the experimental results,intensity and resolution of imprints can be improved evidently by all the improvement techniques mentioned above and it is more effectively to use these techniques after spraying the chromogenic reagent than before except the addition of distilled water into solvent. Among all the four techniques,the most effective way to improve intensity and resolution of imprints is to spray 0. 3 m L of 5-Br-PADAP dissolved with 75% ethanol with the concentration of 1 g / L at first and then to expose to the water vapor for 30 s,which can improve the intensity and the rate of detection of imprints on condition that the integrity of latent imprint would be guaranteed.
