摘 要:为改善纬平针织物的平整性,常采用对针织物进行涂层的加工工艺,但织物的透气性等服用性能将受到一定的影响。为避免针织物舒适性和透气性受到损伤,采用主原料与低熔点双组分涤纶长丝交织,利用低熔点纤维熔融黏结的特点,改善针织物的平整性。测试了针织物经2种加工工艺后的防脱散性、折皱回复性、抗弯刚度和透气性等性能,探讨不同加工工艺对针织物性能的影响。结果表明:与涂层定型工艺织物相比,纤维热熔定型工艺在改善针织物平整性的同时,能够保持针织物的透气性。In order to improve smoothness of plain knitted fabric,the coating process was usually used,but wearability of fabric such as permeability would be affected. Based on the characteristic of melting and bonding of low melting point fibers,low melting point polyester bi-component composite filament was used to interweave with main raw materials to thus improve the smoothness of fabric. The antiraveling property,wrinkle recovery,bending stiffness and permeability of fabric were evaluated for knitted fabrics treated by two different methods. The influence of different processing technologies on knitted fabric property was evaluated. The result showed that compared with the coating shaping process,the hot melt shaping process can not only improve the smoothness of knitted fabrics,but also keep its permeability.
