摘 要:针对天然绿色棉颜色不稳定的特点,分离了绿色棉色素,研究了绿色组分的紫外可见光吸收光谱特性。利用正相柱层析的方法对绿色棉粗提色素进行分段富集,研究了富集的绿色组分经过紫外线照射后可见吸光度的变化,并找到了3种和绿色棉色变特性相一致的绿色棉色素物质,进一步证实了天然绿色棉色素的多组分特性。结果表明,正相柱对天然绿色棉色素具有更有效的分离效果,100%二氯甲烷能富集到天然绿色棉色素中的黄绿色组分,该组分在665 nm和400 nm附近均有吸收,具有黄绿色的显色特性。经过紫外线照射后,665 nm的吸收峰消失,色素颜色主要显示黄色。The color properties of haturally green colored cotton fiber is not stable enough during the processing and application,therefore,this paper reports the method of separation of the pigments in the fiber,and the UV-visible spectral properties of green colored compositions of the pigments were also investigated. The green colored cotton pigment was separatedby using normal phase chromatography and the effects of UV irradiation on the change in the UV-visible spectral properties of the green fraction of the pigment extract was studied. Three kinds of components which had the color property similar to the pigment extract of green colored cotton were found. It was further confirmed the multi-component characteristics of pigment in naturally green colored cotton. The result showed that normal phase column was more effective for the separation of pigment in green colored cotton. The yellowish green fraction with UV-Vis absorption peaks at 665 nm and 400 nm could be obtained by eluting with 100%dichloromethane. After ultraviolet irradiation,the absorption peak at 665 nm of the fraction disappeared,and the fraction mainly presented yellow color.
