摘 要:为开发性能稳定且满足儿童服装应用时具有舒适性与安全性的定位元件,选择以低功耗蓝牙(BLE 4.0)为核心的i Beacon元件。通过对i Beacon元件的信号灵敏度反复测试,寻找其在有障碍物与无障碍物环境下蓝牙信号传输的准确性以及定位距离的最大值,并分析元件在不同弹性针织面料中的融合性能。结果表明:在纯棉针织面料中,随着面料伸长率的增加,面料中元件对人体舒适压逐渐增大;4种不同针织面料中,弱弹2+2罗纹组织面料对人体产生的舒适压最低,其中元件信号灵敏度最强,近场定位距离达到最大值30 m。The purpose of this paper is to develop the stable positioning component that satisfy the comfort and safety of children' s clothing in human body,and the low-energy Bluetooth( BLE4. 0) is selected as the core components. The signal sensitivity of i Beacon element is repeatedly tested to find out the maximum distance between the Bluetooth signal transmission and accuracy of positioning in the environment with obstacles and without obstacles. The fusion performance of the components in the different elastic knitting fabrics is analyzed. The experiments show that the comfortable pressure increases gradually for fabrics of components on the human body with the increase of fabric elongation. Among the four different knitting fabrics,weak paly 2 + 2 rib fabrics produce the lowest comfortable pressure in human body,and the element sensitivity is the strongest which signal near filed location reach maximum distance of 30 m.
