摘 要:合成了含苯并咪唑结构的邻苯二甲腈化合物(p-BIPN)以及不含苯并咪唑的邻苯二甲腈化合物(ODPAPN),将p-BIPN和ODPAPN分别以物质的量比3∶7和5∶5共混。通过等温流变测试研究了苯并咪唑含量以及温度对邻苯二甲腈共混树脂固化速率的影响。通过热重和红外测试表征不同热处理程序下固化物的热性能和结构变化。热重分析结果表明,随热处理温度的提高,固化物的热稳定性逐渐提高,两种经375℃高温固化的固化产物均具有较高的热及热氧稳定性,苯并咪唑较好的热性能使得其含量高的5∶5比例的共混树脂的热性能略高于3∶7比例的共混树脂。红外测试分析表明,两种共混物在固化过程中均生成了三嗪环的结构,但只在共混比例为3∶7的共混物中观察到了异吲哚啉的微弱吸收。A benzimidazole-containing phthalonitrile compound(p-BIPN)and another benzimidazole-free phthalonitrile compound (ODPAPN) were both synthesized.The p-PNBI / ODPAPN blends were prepared by mixing a stoichiometric ratio of molar ratio 3 : 7 and 5 : 5. The effects of various proportions of benzimidazole and temperature on the cure rate of phthalonitrile resins were studied by isothermal rheological tests. The p-PNBI/ODPAPN prepolymers with various proportions and polymerization reaction temperature were performed and characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The TG analysis results indicate the thermal stability is improved with the increasing of curing temperature, the two kinds post-cured polymer with 375'E both show excellent thermal and thermal-oxidative stabilities, and the thermal properties of 5 : 5 blends is higher than 3 : 7 blends because of the excellent thermal properties of benzimidazole. The FTIR spectra show the formation of triazine ring during the curing process of the two blends, but the peaks of isoindole ring in FTIR spectra is only observed in 3 : 7 blends.
