摘  要:采用复配对甲苯磺酰氨基脲(TSSC)发泡剂,通过双螺杆挤出机制备了化学发泡尼龙6,利用扫描电镜、多功能拉伸试验仪和差示扫描量热仪研究了发泡尼龙6材料的泡孔形态、发泡倍率、拉伸性能及结晶性能。研究结果表明:影响泡孔直径、泡孔密度以及发泡倍率最主要的因素均为发泡剂的含量,其中,泡孔直径最小可达56.84μm,泡孔密度最大可达6.21×106个/cm3,发泡倍率最大可达16.20%。发泡尼龙6的拉伸应力及拉伸应变与泡孔直径和泡孔密度的大小没有直接关系,但应力应变会随相对密度的增加而上升。发泡后尼龙6的结晶度有了不同程度的提高,但结晶的完善程度稍有降低。Nylon 6 foaming materials was prepared with p-tolulenesulfonyl semicarbazide(TSSC) chemical foaming agent through ordinary extruders. The cell morphologies, the void fraction, the tensile properties and the crystal properties of foaming nylon 6 were investigated by scanning electron microscope, multifunction tensile tester and differential scanning calorimetry. The results demonstrate that the most important factor affecting the cell diameter, the cell density, and the void fraction is the content of the chemical foaming agent ; the minimum cell diameter is 56.84 μm, the maximum cell density is 6.21× 10^6 cells/cm^3, and the biggest void fraction is 16.20%. The tenSile stress and tensile strain of the foaming nylon 6 materials has no direct relationship with the cell size or the cell density, but maybe improved with the increase of relative density. The foaming process has greater impacts on the crystalline properties of nylon 6, after foaming the crystallinity maybe increase with varying degrees, and with less perfect crystals.
