摘  要:为提高耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT)的导热性能,使其应用于地热管材,选用PE-RT和粉状ZnO为原料,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒以及注塑成型制备了PE-RT复合材料,并研究了ZnO粉体用量及粒径对复合材料热导率、力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着ZnO粉体填充量的增加,PE-RT复合材料的热导率增大,但冲击强度下降,拉伸强度先上升后下降;两种粒径ZnO混合填充比单一粒径ZnO填充更能提高材料的热导率。13,38μm两种粒径的ZnO以2∶5的比例混合填充70%时,PE-RT复合材料的热导率达0.801 0 W/(m·k),是纯PE-RT管材热导率的2倍。In order to improve the thermal conductivity performance of heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), making its being applied in geothermal pipes, PE-RT and powdered zinc oxide (ZnO) as raw material were choosed. Through twin-screw extruder extrusion and injection molding, PE-RT composite was prepared. The influence of dosage and particle size of ZnO powder on thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of PE-RT composites were studied. The results show that with the increase of ZnO powder filling amount, composites' thermal conductivity increase, the impact strength decrease, the tensile strength rise first and then fall. Two kinds of particle size of ZnO mixed filling more than single particle size ZnO filling can improve the thermal conductivity of materials. When the two kinds of mixed filler particle size 13 μm : 38 μm is 2 : 5 and filled with 70%, thermal conductivity of composite material reach 0.801 0 W/(m·k), is twice as PE-RT pipe's thermal conductivity.
