摘  要:红外热成像技术是一类通过外加激励得到零件外表温度场排列,并从热成像图中获取零件内部质量信息的无损检测技术,它具有快速、非接触等优点,应用和研究前途广阔。从C/Si C陶瓷基复合材料、夹心复合材料与层合板复合材料三个方面分类综述了红外热成像技术在复合材料无损检测中的发展近况和实际应用,并列举了该技术的生产应用实例,提出了红外热成像技术今后的发展方向。Infrared thermography is a kind of non-destructive testing technology where surface temperature field distribution of parts are obtained through the extrinsic stimulation, and the damage information of parts are extracted from thermography. It is fast, real-time detection and no contact etc. The research and application prospect are extensive. The development status and application examples of infrared thermography in non-destructive testing were reviewed through three kinds of common composite material : C / SiC Composites, honeycomb sandwich structure and laminated board composites. Application examples of this technology were listed. The future development direction of infrared thermal imaging technology was put forward.
