摘　　要：目的总结65岁以上老年患者心脏瓣膜病的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析经手术治疗的60例老年心脏瓣膜病的临床资料。结果 60例患者中,死亡5例,手术死亡率8.33%,其余恢复良好。结论老年患者心脏瓣膜病的瓣膜置换术是安全有效的。Objective To summarized the cardiac valve replacement in elderly patients （ aged 65 years and older）. Methods 60 aged patients with valve diseases were received cardiac valve replacement and data of the cases were analyzed. Results The operative mortality was 8.33% （5 patients） ,the early perioperative deaths were nkainly related to low cardiac output and muhi - organ failure. Conclusion The cardiac valve replacement in elderly patients （ aged 65 years and older） has a satisfactory result.
