关于媒介融合与新闻传媒体制变革的几个核心概念解析

摘　　要：传媒社会发展迫使人们反思过去的历史,重新估量传媒发展与媒介生态之间的关系。在传媒发展与媒介生态关系之间有几个核心概念、及概念之间的关系必须厘清。媒介融合改变传媒信息的生产方式、受众市场、广告市场,最终改变传媒消费市场,改变传媒控制层面生态。而传媒生态体系的重新建构,将极大促使整个传媒业的融合与调适。制度是一种抽象的存在,是体制的原则的或本质的规定。体制是制度具体的现实存在形式。机制特指一个部门或组织内部各元素之间的相互作用的过程和功能,机制的建立主要依赖良好的体制和完备的制度。文化体制在外延上包含、引领、指导传媒体制;传媒体制是文化体制的重要内容,是文化体制的核心问题所在。新闻体制是一种特殊的文化体制,文化体制的改革可以利用新闻体制改革的推动。新闻体制又是是传媒体制的核心所在,新闻体制改革影响甚至决定传媒体制改革。With the development of media, several core concepts of media development and media ecology and the relationship of the concepts must be clarified. Media fusion change the mode of production of media information, audi-ence market, and advertising market, ultimately change the media consumption market. And reconstruction of media e-cological system will greatly contribute to the fusion and adjustment of the media industry. Regime is abstract, the na-ture principles or rules of the system. Cultural system is the guide of media system, the media system is an important part and the core problem of the cultural system. Press system is a special cultural system, cultural system reform can make use of press system reform. News system is the core of media system, news system reform has a great influence and even determine the media system reform.
