p38 MAPK抑制剂对气道炎症性疾病作用的相关研究进展

摘　　要：p38MAPK对气道炎症因子的产生起到重要调控作用，被认为是气道炎症性疾病潜在的药物治疗作用靶点。近几年对p38MAPK抑制剂的研究报道众多，其中研究较多的PH-797804、GW-856553、SB-681323、BIRB-796以及SB203580对气道炎症性疾病显示出不同的治疗效果。另外，研究显示，p38MAPK抑制剂在气道炎症性疾病治疗方面与糖皮质激素存在协同作用，并显示出较好的安全性与耐受性。本文就p38MAPK抑制剂对气道炎症性疾病作用的相关研究作一综述，为气道炎症性疾病的临床治疗提供新的思路及依据。p38 MAPK plays an important regulatory role in the production of airway inflammation cytokine. It is considered to be a potential therapeutic target for the inflammatory airway disease. In recent years,a number of studies have been reported on p38 MAPK inhibitors. During this studies,PH-797804, GW-856553,SB-681323, BIRB-796 and SB203580 show a different therapeutic effect. In addition, it is showed that p38 MAPK inhibitors synergies with corticosteroids in the treatment of airway inflammatory disease,and they showed good safety and tolerability. This review summarized the recent studies of p38 MAPK inhibitors for the treatment of inflammatory airway disease,as to provide new ideas and evidence for the clinical treatment.
