摘　　要：纤维素性支气管炎是一种罕见但病情严重的呼吸系统疾病，临床上主要表现为反复、周期性咯血。若咳出的支气管管型阻塞气道，不能得到及时、有效的治疗和控制，以至迅速引起严重的呼吸窘迫，对患者的生命产生威胁。因此病少见，与此病相关的研究也不多，本文主要对纤维素性支气管炎的诊治进展进行综述，以期为纤维素性支气管炎的临床治疗提供参考和依据。Plastic bronchitis is a rare but severe respiratory disease. Its major clinical manifestations and periodic haemoptysis are recurrent. When bronchial tube type coughs out,it can block airway,if canr t be get out timely or treated effectively, it can rapidly cause severe respiratory distress, which can threaten the lives of patients. The disease is rare, and disease-related research is not much. This paper is to summary the progress in diagnosis and treatmentment of plastic bronchitis to provide the reference and basis for the clinical treatment of plastic bronchitis.
