摘  要:针对以CO为主要可燃成分的低热值燃气,设计加工了平口烧嘴装置。在该装置上进行了CO与CH4预混熄火特性的对比实验;考察了H2O,N2对CO预混火焰熄火特性的影响。结果表明:与CH4相比,CO点火困难.稳定燃烧范围更窄;随着N2添加比的增大,熄火当量比逐渐增大;添加适当比例的H2O能够提高预混火焰的稳定性。采用CHEMKIN软件对在实验气体中添加不同比例H:O的层流火焰速度和敏感性系数进行了模拟计算.对比实验熄火特性曲线和层流火焰速度变化曲线,发现两者变化趋势相近,并且均在H2O的添加比例为3%~15%时出现极值点。A burner rig was established is made for low calorific value gas mainly contains component of CO, which can carried out an extinction characteristics experiment of premixed flame of CO and CH4. The effect of H2O and N2, which are mixed with CO gas flame as an additive, on premixed gas extinction characteristics is investigated. The main conclusions are as follows: compared to CH4,CO fuel has poor ignition and stability performance; with the increasing proportion of N2 (20%-70%), extinction equivalent ratio gradually increases. The premixed flame stability can be improved with proper adding amount of H2O. The laminar flame velocity and sensitivity coefficient of the experimental gas with different adding amount of H2O have been simulated numerically by CHEMKIN,compared with the experiments, both extinction characteristic curve and laminar flame velocity curve have the same variation trend, and have an extreme point with adding amount of H2O between 3%-15%.
