摘　　要：2013年朝阳市夏季气候特点为气温偏高,日照偏少,大部分地区降水偏少,降水时空分布极其不均匀,部分地区伏旱较重。该气象条件对作物生长有利有弊,局部地区出现冰雹、洪涝等气象灾害。应改变农业种植结构,大力发展设施农业,合理利用水资源,开发利用空中云水资源。Summer climatic characteristics were higher temperature, lesser sunshine hours,lesser rainfall in most areas, extremely non-uniformity of timespace distribution of precipitation, sum- mer drought serious in some areas in 2013 in Chaoyang City.The meteorological conditions had both positive and negative effects on crop growth, hail and flood were appeared in some areas.Some suggestions were put forward,such as changing planting structure,vigorously developing facility agriculture,rationally using water resources,make using of cloud water resource in the air.
