摘　　要：针对一类期刊质量等级评价问题,提出了集成主观评价信息与客观信息的模糊决策综合评价方法。首先,将评价属性划分为主观属性和客观属性两类。其次,在建立基准等级评价集合的基础上,将等级或等级区间主观评价信息转化为基准等级评价集合的模糊集,并进行集成以得到主观综合评价值。同时,在规范化客观评价数据的基础上,采用模糊算法将客观评价数据转换为基准等级集合的模糊集,并集成以得到客观综合评价值。最后,根据加权和法将主观综合评价值与客观综合评价值进一步综合集成,以得出各期刊的全面、可靠的综合评价结果。With respect to a class of journal quality level evaluation problem, this paper proposes a fuzzy decision making evaluation method for integrating both the subjective evaluation information and the objective information. Firstly, the attributes are classified into two categories： the subjective attributes and the objective attributes. Secondly, based on setting up the basic grade evaluation set, the subjective grade evaluation or grade interval evaluation is transformed into the fuzzy set over the basic grade evaluation set and is aggregated into the subjective overall value. Meanwhile, based on normalizing the objective evaluation data, by means of fuzzy operator the objective information is transformed into the fuzzy set over the basic grade evaluation set, and is integrated into the objective overall value. In the end, according to weighed plus method the subjective overall value and the objective overall value are further integrated, respecting the overall evaluation results of the journals are comprehensive and reliable.
