摘  要:针对目前开发的航空发动机监测系统中对振动信号分析不够全面的情况,开发了一套航空发动机在线振动监测系统;此系统分为飞机端和地面站两部分,在线监测时对振动异常进行报警;采用多种振动信号分析方法对采集的振动信号进行分析,得到多种特征供故障诊断使用;提出使用神经网络和专家系统分别进行故障诊断,然后综合两个诊断结果给出最终的诊断结论;通过数据库管理数据,并为数据管理做了详细设置;同时为了监测显示的实时性做了一些设定;另外此系统还提供报表功能;在航空发动机实验台上对系统进行了测试,结果显示此系统能实时监测发动机的振动状况,振动超限后会即时报警,并对典型故障的诊断准确率达到90%以上。For the situation that the current aero-engine monitoring systems don't analyze the vibration signal comprehensive enough,we have developed an aero-engine online vibration monitoring system.This system is divided into two parts,on the aircraft and on the ground.If the vibration is abnormal when online monitoring,the system will alarm.The system analyzes the acquisition vibration signal through a variety of vibration signal analysis methods to obtain various characteristics for fault diagnosis.We propose to use neural network and expert system to diagnose the faults respectively and then combine the two diagnostic results to give the final conclusion.The system uses the database to manage data and we did some detailed settings for data management.And we also did some settings for the real-time monitoring display.Besides,the system has report function too.We have tested the system on the aero-engine test stand.It's proved that the system monitors the vibration in real-time and alarms immediately when the vibration exceeds the limits and the diagnostic accuracy of the typical faults is over 90%.
