摘  要:本文应用RS2星影像、GIS数据管理与分析,研究梅州市多年来空间扩展情况。通过分析其空间发展与交通、产业、人口等因素的耦合度与关联性,揭示梅州城镇化进程与城市空间发展的互动关系。研究表明,城市形成和发展初期,呈现紧凑集中的团块状发展形式;随后依托老城向四周蔓延,并沿交通干线轴向发展,但山地城市“大分散、小聚集”、沿河谷分布的城镇空间布局特征,带来城镇规模约束和交通不便,仅靠单中心难以带动市域城乡发展;之后在政治政策因素、区域交通因素等的强烈引导下,城市空间的扩展超出原有受地形限制的狭小空间,开始向多中心、组团式格局转变,但存在各大组团之间缺少快速交通联系、组团集聚集约发展程度较低,“摊大饼”式扩张和沿路蔓延等问题。因此,本文在结合其自身空间发展趋势、存在问题及相关山地城市案例借鉴的基础上,提出依托高铁、高速公路等区域性通道培育具有较强带动能力的城市副中心,构建面向区域的组团式、多中心、网络型山地城市,引领全市域形成城乡区域一体化格局。This paper studies the space expansion of Meizhou for years with RS images and GIS analysis. With the analysis of spatial development as well as transport, industry, population and other factors, it reveals the interaction relationship between urbanization and urban spatial development in Meizhou. As the study shows, in the early development and formation, the city had a massive compact form, and then spread around along the old town and transportation routes. Due to the characteristics of mountainous city, such as "large dispersion, small gathering" and distribution along the river valley, the city size was restricted and traffic was also bad. It's hard to drive urban and rural development by a single-center alone. However, with other factors such as political policies and regional transportation, the urban space expanded beyond the original terrain restrictions and began to shift patterns towards multi-center and group-style development. There still exist some problems, such as lack of rapid transport links between major groups, less intensive level of space agglomeration, "pie" type of expansion and extension along the roads, etc. Therefore, based on the analysis of spatial development trends, present problems and development experiences related to mountainous cities, this paper puts forward a new kind of spatial form optimization.That is, building high-speed railways and highways to develop sub-centers which have strong drive capacity, thus to develop a group-style, multi-centered, network-based mountainous city, leading the city to form a pattern of urban and rural integration domain.
