摘　　要：耐药结核病治疗周期长、治疗费用高而治愈率低，化学治疗是当今控制其传播的主要手段之一。作者结合临床案例分析，介绍面对耐药结核病患者时如何合理选择抗结核药物、制定切实可行的个体化化学治疗方案及治疗方案调整的经验，以供同行参考。Chemotherapy is one of the main means of controlling drugresistant tuberculosis spread although it is long duration, expensive and with low cure rate. Based on the clinical case study, this paper introduced how to rationally choose the anti-tuberculosis drugs, and formulate individualized treatment plan and experiences on drug adjustment.
