摘　　要：采用高性能冷堆助剂Eurolan HD—TC和Argaprep HD—LTP，结合专业设备，用冷堆工艺代替传统高温氧漂工艺对棉针织物进行前处理。试验结果表明，选择合适的工艺，经冷堆处理的棉针织物，其白度、毛效、强力、光泽、手感等指标均明显优于传统氧漂工艺。经冷堆前处理的织物布面平整，有类似半丝光效果，得色率可提高5％～8％。Cotton knitted fabric is pretreated with Eurolan HD-TC and Argaprep HD-LTP by cold pad- batch process instead of traditional high temperature oxygen bleaching process, combining with profes- sional equipments. The results show that the CIE whiteness, capillary effect, strength, gloss and handle of the cotton knitted fabric treated by the appropriate cold pad-batch process are better than those of traditional oxygen bleaching process. In addition, the pretreated fabric can be imparted smooth surface, similar semi-mercerizing effect and increased color yield bv 5%-8%.
