摘　　要：介绍了自主研发的退煮漂联合机的工艺流程和技术参数,整机结构特点,以及高效蒸洗箱、高给液装置、高效汽蒸箱和烘燥机等的特点。新型退煮漂联合机采用全自动加料循环系统、水洗箱定量给水系统、关键工艺参数实时监控等系统,具有智能、环保、高速的特点。实践表明,其加工织物处理效果好,适合加工高支高密等特殊品种和高档产品。Process and technical parameters of self-made desizing- scouring- bleaching range are intro- duced. The structure of the complete machine and features of high efficiency steam washing chamber, high feeding device, high efficiency steaming chamber and drying machine are also introduced. The new desizing-scouring-bleaching range is equipped with automatic dispensing system, quantitative wa- ter supply system and key process parameters real-time monitoring system, and has advantages of intel-ligence, environmental-protection and high-speed. The practice indicates that, the range has good pro- cessing effect for fabric, and is suitable for processing special varieties such as high-count high-density fabric and high-end products.
