摘　　要：冷轧钢带产品常见表面缺陷类型如异物压入、翘皮、隆起、黑斑（带）、粘结等曾一度对唐钢冷轧钢带产品质量造成很大的影响。通过对唐钢现有部分冷轧钢带产品生产工艺跟踪和表面缺陷理论研究，以及对生产工艺过程中影响表面缺陷产生的各种因素进行归纳总结，并采取了一系列避免或减少缺陷产生的措施，唐钢冷轧钢带产品缺陷量大幅降低，产品质量稳步提高。本文重点对冷轧钢带产品常见的表面缺陷进行了阐述，并提供一些解决措施供参考。The surface defects of impressed extraneous Matter, upwarping, ridge defect, black spot defects and stick problems, which had a great influence on cold-rolled strip of Tangsteel at one time. The results that the defects of cold-rolled strip have greatly decreased and the product quality steadily improved, which depended on summarizing various factors of the production process and discussing the defect theory and adapting a series of measures to avoid or reduce defects. This paper expounds some common defects of the cold-rolled strip, and provides some solutions for reference.
