血液透析患者颈内静脉置管的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈内静脉置管血液透析的使用情况、透析疗效、并发症及处理、影响因素。方法:对58例血液透析患者行颈内静脉置管,观察留置时间,感染、栓塞等并发症的发生情况及处理结果。结果:导管总体使用情况良好,常见的并发症有栓塞、血流量不足、感染,能够通过加强护理、抗感染等处理改善,未见严重的并发症发生。结论:颈内静脉置管透析是一种安全、有效的方法,加强护理可以减少并发症的发生,并延长留置导管时间。Objective： To employ indwelling jugular vein catheter in hemodialysis and evaluate its effciacy,complications and affecting factors.Methods：Established internal jugular vein catheter in 58 cases of patients receiving hemodialysis,the following indices were evaluated： indwelling time,complications（infection,thrombosis）and their treatment. Results：The overall condition of catheter use was good. Blood flow was adequate.Good dialysis effect were confirmed.The common complications were thrombosis,infections and poor blood flow,which can be improved by nursing care and anti-infection treatment.Conclusion：Hemodialysis with the Internal jugular vein catheter is a safe, effective method. Strengthen the nursing care can reduce complications, and to extend the time of indwelling catheter.
