摘  要:目的探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)水平在窒息新生儿脑损伤中的临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法测定46例窒息新生儿急性期与恢复期血清IGF-1的水平并与15名正常新生儿作比较。结果窒息新生儿急性期血中IGF-1水平下降,恢复期有所回升,并与正常对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.001),轻,中,重度患儿之间差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论 IGF-1是新生儿神经系统发育的一个重要保护因子,可作为早期评价新生儿脑损伤的敏感指标,并与新生儿窒息严重程度相关。Objective:To investigate clinical significance of serum insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)level in neonatal brain injury caused by asphyxia. Methods:IGF-1 levels of 46 neonates with asphyxia during acute phase and convalescent phase were detected using electrochemiluminescence method,and compared with those of 15 normal neonates. Results:Serum IGF-1levels of neonates with asphyxia decreased during acute phase and began to rise during convalescent phase,with significant difference(P〈0.001)compared with normal control. And there is also significant difference among mild,medium and severe asphyxia(P〈0.001). Conclusion:IGF-1 is an important factor for neonatal neurodevelopment. It can be used as a sensitive index for early evaluation of neonatal brain injury and is closely related with the severity of neonatal asphyxia.
