电针结合中药熏蒸治疗肩周炎40例

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针结合中药熏蒸治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:将80例肩周炎患者随机分成治疗组(电针联合中药熏蒸治疗)、对照组(电针治疗)各40例,两组均配合自主功能锻炼。2个疗程后运用VAS评分、肩关节ROM和改良Barthel指数评估肩关节疼痛强度、功能活动和ADL,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组上述评价指标均比治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的治愈率75%、总有效率97.5%;对照组的治愈率50%、总有效率87.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论:电针联合中药熏蒸治疗肩周炎具有协同作用,可安全、有效缓解疼痛、改善肩部功能活动和提高ADL,配合自主功能锻炼有利于肩周炎的康复,预防复发,故值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discuss the effect of electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 80 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group（ electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation） and a control group（ electric acupuncture treatment）,with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were cooperated with independent functional exercise. The VAS score,shoulder joint ROM and modified Barthel index were used to evaluate the shoulder pain intensity,functional activity and activities of daily living ability after 2 courses,compared with the clinical effect in two groups. Results： After treatment,the indexes of two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）,and there were significant differences between two groups（ P〈0. 05）; in the treatment group the curative rate was 75%,and the total efficiency was 97. 5%; in the control group the curative rate was 50%,and the total effective rate was 87. 5%. Compared between two groups,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in two groups. Conclusion： Electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has a synergistic effect. It can be safe and effective to relieve pain,improve the function of the shoulder movement and the ability of daily life activities,and cooperated with the independent functional exercise,is conductive for the rehabilitation of scapulohumeral periarthritis and the prevention of recurrence. Therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
