芪蓉润肠口服液联合针灸干预对老年住院功能性便秘早期患者预后影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪蓉润肠口服液联合针灸干预用于老年住院功能性便秘早期患者预后的临床效果。方法:连续选取2013年3月至2014年5月我院住院部诊治的功能性便秘患者共120例。根据随机抽签法将其分为芪蓉润肠口服液联合针灸干预组(试验组,n=63例)和单纯针灸干预组(对照组,n=57例)。8周后比较其排便次数、排便难度大小以及粪便性状进行评价。结果:试验组患者的平均大便次数每周显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Bristol分型显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);排便难度评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应率两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪蓉润肠口服液与针灸联合治疗老年住院功能性便秘早期患者,可明显提高临床效果,且安全,值得推广应用。Objective： To study the prognosis effect of Qirong Runchang oral liquid combined with acupuncture on elderly patients with functional constipation in early period. Methods： A total of 120 consecutives diagnosed as elderly patients with functional constipation in early period from March 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital.They were divided randomly into Qirong Runchang oral liquid combined with acupuncture group（ the experiment group,n = 63） and the a acupuncture- only group（ the control group,n = 57） by the random drawing method,and then compare the number,difficulty degree,characteristic of defecation differences after 8 weeks.Results： The mean defecation number in the experiment group was significantly more than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; Bristol typing in the experiment group was significantly better（ P〈0. 05）; the difficulty degree score of defecation in the experiment group was significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）; the total efficacy in the experiment group was significantly better（ P〈0. 05）; and the complications in two groups had no statistical difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Qirong Runchang oral liquid combined with acupuncture is effective and safe for elderly patients with functional constipation in early period.
