摘　　要：针对生产线PLC控制系统的应用现状,通过对系统日常维护中的常见问题及产生原因进行分析,提出一个基于Arduino智能板的控制系统改造方案,实验证明该方案可减少控制柜与分线接线盒之间导线数量,安装维护方便,成本低,可扩展性强。Aiming at the existing PLC control systems of production lines,a PLC wireless control system based on Arduino control board is designed in this paper.The system can effectively reduce wire quantity.Its installation and maintenance is convenient and low cost.
