墨旱莲有效成分的提取工艺与药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：药食两用的墨旱莲因其具有较为显著的药理活性和较高的安全性,近年来受到了越来越多学者的关注。本文综述了近十年来墨旱莲主要有效成分的提取工艺和药理作用的研究进展,以期为墨旱莲的深入研究和开发利用提供参考依据。Since Eclipta Prostrate used as medicine and food has notable pharmacological activity and high security, more and more attention from scholars has been paid to it in recent years. The article introduced the research progress in the extraction technology and pharmacological function of active ingredients of Eclipta Prostrate in order to provide reference for the further study and utilization of Eclipta Prostrate.
