摘  要:目的:建立尿塞通片中4个活性成分丹酚酸B、羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷和橙皮苷含量同时测定的方法。方法:采用Phenomsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长230 nm,柱温30℃。结果:丹酚酸B、羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷、橙皮苷分别在20.056-150.420μg·ml-1(r=0.9995),6.068-45.510μg·ml-1(r=0.9995),5.052-37.890μg·ml-1(r=0.9997),15.328-114.960μg·ml-1(r=0.9996)的浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.86%、99.40%、98.21%、98.25%,RSD分别为1.07%、0.85%、1.35%、1.18%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于尿塞通片的质量控制。Objective:To establish a simultaneous determination method for salvianolic acid B, hydroxysafflor yellow A, paeoni-florin and hesperidin in Niaosaitong tablets. Methods:The determination was performed on a Phenomsil C18 column with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results: The linear range of salvianolic acid B, hydroxysafflor yellow A, paeoniflorin and hesperidin was 20.056-150.420 μg·ml-1((r=0.999 5), 6.068-45.510 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 5), 5.052-37.890 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7) and 15.328-114.960 μg·ml-1(r =0.999 6), respectively. The average recovery of salvianolic acid B, hydroxysafflor yellow A, paeoniflorin and hesperidin was 98. 86%, 99. 40%, 98. 21% and 98. 25%, and RSD was 1. 07%, 0. 85%, 1. 35% and 1. 18%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which is available for the quality control of Niaosaitong tablets.
