摘　　要：目的了解广州市各级医院性病防治相关科室医护人员梅毒规范治疗现状。方法采用方便抽样法抽取广州市各级医院医护人员进行梅毒规范治疗的知识问卷调查。利用Epidata 3.1软件建立数据库,用SPSS 19.0软件进行数据统计分析,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果本研究共调查795人,调查人群总知晓率为57.9%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,中、高级职称的医护人员的梅毒规范化治疗知识知晓率比初级职称的医护人员高（OR=2.175,95%CI=1.565~3.024;OR=2.174,95%CI=1.440~3.284）;相对于皮肤性病科的医护人员,妇产科、全科等其他临床科室和辅助科室的医护人员梅毒规范化治疗知识知晓率水平较低（OR=0.172,95%CI=0.035~0.834;OR=0.120,95%CI=0.028~0.518;OR=0.072,95%CI=0.017~0.304;OR=0.093,95%CI=0.021~0.414）。结论广州市医护人员整体的梅毒规范治疗水平较低,应进一步加强培训。Objective To understand the current status of overall awareness about standardized treatment for syphilis among STD-related health care workers in Guangzhou. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 795 health care workers randomly selected from hospitals in Guangzhou.Data were entered into Epidata 3.1and analyzed statistically by SPSS 19.0. Results The overall awareness rate was 57.9% among795 participants.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the awareness rate was higher among subjects with high professional titles than those with primary titles（OR=2.175,95%CI=1.565~3.024;OR=2.174,95%CI=1.440~3.284）,and it was also higher among STD-related health care workers compared with others as gynecologist and obstetrician,general practitioner,and those from other clinical departments and auxiliary departments（OR=0.172,95%CI=0.035~0.834;OR=0.120,95%CI=0.028~0.518;OR=0.072,95%CI=0.017~0.304;OR=0.093,95%CI=0.021~0.414）. Conclusions The overall awareness rate of standardized treatment for syphilis among health care workers is still relatively low in Guangzhou,and more intensive trainings should be performed.
