利伐沙班及其光学异构体的HPLC法分离与测定

摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法拆分利伐沙班及其光学异构体,并测定其中（R）-型异构体含量。采用研创IB手性柱,流动相为正己烷（含0.1%三氟乙酸）∶异丙醇∶乙醇（60∶20∶20）,检测波长250 nm。利伐沙班异构体之间的分离度为2.4。（R）-型异构体在0.1~3.0μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.5%。An HPLC method was established for the chiral separation and determination of rivaroxaban and its optical isomer with （R） -configuration. An Chiral IB column was used, with the mobile phase ofhexane （containing 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid） ： isopropyl alcohol ： ethanol （60 ： 20 ： 20）, at the detection wavelength of 250 nm. It was linear for （R） -isomer in the concentration range of 0.1 - 3.0 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.0 %, with RSD of 1.5 %.
