摘  要:受强烈动压影响的复合顶板巷道锚索经常会发生大面积支护失效,致使此类巷道在使用过程中需多次维修,成本高,影响安全。文章分析了锚索失效的机理,指出动压影响复合顶板锚索施工过程中预紧力不足是导致锚索支护失效的主要原因。并通过数值模拟和试验研究了导致锚索支护失效的关键影响因素,提出了合理的锚索长度应该在4~6m。现场试验证明,合理的锚索预紧力不仅可以缩短锚索长度,而且可以显著改善巷道的支护效果。The rock cables fail in large area in dynamic pressure roadway with compound roof,calling for repeated repair,which is unfavorable for cost and safety. The paper analyzed the rock cable failure mechanism,and pointed out that the main reason for rock cable failure was inadequate cable preload applied. The key factors for rock cable failure were studied through numerical simulation and laboratory tests,and the reasonable length of rock cable was 4 ~ 6m. The field tests showed that,reasonable rock cable preload could shorten rock cable length,while significantly improve the supporting effect of roadway.
