摘 要:对"神华优混"煤粉的成型特性进行了研究。结果表明,长焰煤孔隙丰富、回弹性大而成型性差,单独添加腐植酸钠或膨润土粘结剂时,型煤强度较低,冷压强度最高为205N/个;当腐植酸钠与膨润土复合使用时,型煤强度可明显提高,冷压强度可达到263N/个;采用腐植酸钠-膨润土-煤沥青复合粘结剂能够有效提高型煤的强度,当加入6%的腐植酸钠、7%的膨润土、5%的沥青时,型煤冷压强度达到407N/个、热压强度达到230N/个、落下强度达到99%,满足工业型煤的强度要求。The paper analyzed briquetting characteristics of coal powder of "Shenhua Premium Mixed Coal". The results showed that,the briquettability of long flame coal was poor with abundant pores and great rebound resilience,the briquette strength was small low only adding sodium humate or bentonite binder,with the max cold pressing strength of 205 N,which was 263 N using compound binder of sodium humate and bentonite; and the briquette strength was further improved using the compound binder of sodium humate,bentonite and coal tar,with addition of 6% sodium humate,7% bentonite of the swelling soil and 5% coal tar,the max cold pressing strength reached 407 N,hot pressing strength 205 N,falling strength up to 99%,the briquette strength met the industrial requirements.
