摘  要:为解决中煤选择性破碎问题,基于煤中煤矸连生体硬度差异并结合不同机械能破碎特点。设计了一种两段式破碎的新型立式破碎机,其粗碎段利用冲击破碎,细碎段利用剪切破碎。利用新型立式破碎机和SP 60×100颚式破碎机对末中煤进行破碎试验并对比破碎效果,实验结果表明,-0.5mm煤泥产率、精煤灰分和合计精煤理论产率随着破碎粒度上限的下降而升高;在相同破碎粒度上限,新型立式破碎机产品的煤泥产率低于颚式破碎机,过粉碎率低,精煤理论产率高于后者。破碎粒度上限为6mm和3mm时,精煤理论回收率分别可以提高4.09%和3.01%,新型立式破碎机对中煤的选择性破碎可行性和可靠性更好。Aiming at the selective crushing of middling coal,according to the difference hardness of intergrowth of coal with gangue and combined with the broken characteristics of different mechanical crushing. A new vertical crusher with two- stage crushing,whose coarse crushing uses impact crushing and fine crushing uses shear breaking,has been designed. According to the fine middling coal crushing test,- 0. 5mm slime yield,concentrate ash and the total theory yield of clean coal increases as crushing upper limit decreased. Compared with the jaw crusher,the new vertical crusher's products have lower slime yield,lower over grinding rate and higher total theory yield of clean coal at the same the upper limit of crushing. The total theory yield of clean coal can be increased by 4. 09% and 3. 01% at the upper limit of crushing of 6mm and 3mm,the new type vertical crusher shows better feasibility and reliability in selective crushing of middling coal.
