摘  要:目的研究刺头复叶耳蕨(Arachniodes exilis Ching)总黄酮的体内抗肿瘤活性。方法应用Hep G2细胞裸小鼠异位移植瘤模型,通过测定抑瘤率及检测相关生化指标、HE染色、免疫组化等方法了解其抗肿瘤作用及作用机制。结果刺头复叶耳蕨总黄酮能够抑制肝癌异位移植瘤模型动物体内肿瘤生长,对实验动物的体质量、血液系统无明显影响,肿瘤组织中促凋亡蛋白Bax表达水平明显升高,抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表达水平明显下调。结论体内抗肿瘤活性的研究显示刺头复叶耳蕨总黄酮抗肿瘤作用可能与其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有关。AIM To investigate the effects of total flavonoids from Arachniodes Exilis Ching on anti-tumor activity in vivo. METHODS Hep G2 cell heterotopic graft model was set up in nude mice,inhibitory rate and biochemical indices were determined,then HE staining and immunohistochemistry were performed to determine its mechanism of action. RESULTS Tumor growth in nude mice with hepatoma heterotopic graft was inhibited by total flavonoids from A. Exilis. It had no significant influence with the weight and blood system of experimental mice.Meanwhile,the expression levels of pro-apoptotic protein Bax in tumor tissue were markedly increased. However,anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 expression levels were markedly reduced. CONCLUSION Studies on anti-tumor activity in vivo show that the anti-tumor effects of total flavonoids from A. Exilis may be related to induced-apoptosis of tumor cells.
