盗汗宁颗粒治疗肺痨汗症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盗汗宁颗粒(黄芪、太子参、浮小麦、糯稻根等)对肺痨汗症的疗效。方法采用随机、盲法对照,经中医辨证和基线评估,将132例患者在给予常规治疗的基础上随机均分成两组,类阴性模拟颗粒对照组和盗汗宁颗粒治疗组,口服14 d后随访,运用四级标准法、视觉模拟评分法和积分评估法进行疗效判定。结果各种疗效指标,如汗症疗效判定、汗出症状积分改变、汗出程度视觉模拟评分改变和症候疗效判定等治疗组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论盗汗宁颗粒能较显著改善肺痨气阴两虚和肺卫不固病人盗汗、自汗症状。AIM To explore the clinical efficacy of Daohanning Granules（ Astragali Radix,Pseudostellariae Radix,Tritici Levis Fructus,Oryzae Glutinosae Radix,etc.） in the treatment of hidrosis in phthisis. METHODS A randomized and double-blind clinical trial was conducted among 132 patients after traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndrome differentiation and baseline assessment. The patients were assigned into two groups on the basis of regular treatment,cases in Group A were given negative simulative Daohanning Granules,and subjects in Group B were dosed with Daohanning Granules. Follow-ups were done 14 days after the interference. The four-level standards,visual analogue scale（ VAS） and scoring were applied to evaluating the therapeutic effects. RESULTS A variety of validity indices in evaluating the granules＇ efficacy（ improving hidrosis syndrome,changes of sweating symptom score,VAS on the degree of sweating and effects in TCM syndromes modification） obtained from the trial group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION Daohanning Granules are very effective in improving night sweating and spontaneous sweating of phthisis sufferers with deficiency of Qi-Yin and insecurity of lung-defense.
