摘  要:目的比较厚朴超微粉体与普通粉体的粉体学性质及药效。方法考察厚朴超微粉体与普通粉体的粒径大小、细胞破壁率、形貌结构、红外等粉体学特征以及药效,研究不同粒径对两者粉体学性质及药效的影响。结果在选定的四个粒度中,42 Hz下超微粉体的破壁率最高,并且其促胃肠动力、抗炎、镇咳等药理活性均显著优于普通粉体。结论厚朴经适度微粉化后,其活性成分的结构不发生改变,但细胞破壁率提高,药理作用增强。AIM To compare micromeritics properties and pharmacodynamics of Magnolia officinalis ultrafine powders and common powders. METHODS The particle sizes,cell wall breaking rates,morphologies,IR spectra and pharmacodynamics of ultrafine powders and common powders were investigated to evaluate the impacts of different particle sizes on their micromeritics properties and pharmacodynamics. RESULTS At 42 Hz,the cell wall breaking rate of ultrafine powders was the highest in selected four sizes,whose pharmacological activities,such as promoting gastrointestinal dynamic,anti-inflammatory and antitussive were significantly better than those of common powders. CONCLUSION After proper micronization,the structures of active constituents in Magnolia officinalis don't change,but its cell wall breaking rate and pharmacological activities increase.
