摘　　要：本文通过对文件、记录和档案等三个术语含义分析和思考,纠正了档案学基础理论研究中的某些不足之处,并对文件、记录和档案三者之间的关系进行了重新认识,澄清了其中的一些模糊性的观点,重申了从概念的内涵特征、外延特征和价值特征等三个角度定义档案学专业术语的思想;在此基础上,进一步探讨了文件、记录和档案的生命周期问题。以期推动我国档案学基础理论研究工作沿着正确的方向发展。In this paper, we analyze and think about the meaning of three terms, such as document,records and archives, and correct some deficiencies in the research of basic theory of archival science, recognize the relationship between document, records and archives, clarify some of the ambiguity of the view,the concept of connotation, extension and value of this three terms of Archival Science. On this basis, the paper further discusses the lifecycle of the document, records and archives, in order to promote the development of the basic theory of Archival Science in China.
