摘　　要：依据《苏州市普通公众档案利用行为调查问卷》获得的调查数据,本文对主观价值因素不同的社会公众与其档案利用行为之间的关系进行研究。结果表明,公众个体的主观价值因素与档案利用行为之间存在着显著的相关关系。档案需求、档案利用经历、档案情感等不同的公众个体在档案利用内容、利用方式的选择以及利用心理上均存在明显差异。According to the survey data that acquire from ＂Public Archival User Behavior Survey in Suzhou Questionnaire＂, this article analyzes the archival user behavior among persons with different values.The results show that there are significant correlations between the person＇s value and archival user behavior. People with different archival requirements, archival use experience and emotions show obvious differences on archival use content, the choice of the ways of using and using psychological.
