西方社群档案研究热点及其引入障碍分析

摘　　要：过去二十年内,西方国家如火如荼地开展关于社群档案的项目、活动,并涌现了一批优秀的学术成果围绕社群档案的政治动机、社群口述记忆、档案馆合作关系、社群参与模式等主题展开论述,而国内档案界却对此鲜有关注,社群档案理论的引入似乎遭受挫折。究其原因,在于我国缺乏相应的政治哲学思潮和权利意识,同时面临着文化转译壁垒与学科归属问题以及与中国档案理论与实践的相容相适问题。In the past twenty years, western countries have launched many projects about ＂＇Community Archives＂ in full swing. And there are a lot of academic achievements emphasizing on Community Archives＇ political motive, oral history, cooperative relationship of archives and the model of community participation. However hardly anybody study on ＂Community archives＂ in China and there seems to be much difficulties for the theory of ＂Community archives＂ to be brought to China. The reason is that there is less awareness of public rights and less ideological trend in China. And the obstacles of translate and communicate are also the problems. At the same time, how could the theory of ＂Community archives＂ be harmonious with the archival theory and practice is also an important issue.
