摘  要:光合作用是植物制造有机物的重要途径,而干旱胁迫是抑制植物光合作用最主要的环境因子之一。为了研究春小麦苗期干旱胁迫及复水条件下的光合特性,本研究选用青海省旱地主栽品种‘阿勃’和水地主栽品种‘青春38’,在人工气候箱里进行PEG-6000胁迫及复水试验,研究不同干旱胁迫程度及时间下,两品种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率及相对叶绿素含量的变化规律。结果表明:在-0.5 MPa PEG-6000下,净光合速率、蒸腾速率和相对叶绿素含量(SPDA)略高于正常供水条件下的对照;在-1.0 MPa和-1.5 MPa PEG-6000下,两品种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率及相对叶绿素含量都随着干旱胁迫时间的逐渐延长和胁迫强度的逐渐增加而减少,而在恢复正常供水以后,各项值又出现了回升。可见,春小麦品种‘阿勃’在苗期较‘青春38’具有较强的光合作用能力和较强的耐旱性。Photosynthesis is an important way that the plants produce organic matter, drought stress is one of the main environment factor inhibiting photosynthesis. In order to study the photosynthetic char- acteristics of PEG stress and recovery of spring wheat seedlings, ' Abbondanza' that drought varieties and ' Qingchun 38' that water varieties were selected and planted in plant growth chamber under PEG- 6000 stress and recovery to study the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and relative chlorophyll content. The results indicated that the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and relative chloro- phyll content under - 0.5 MPa PEG-6000 were a little higher than those of the contrasts and decreased little by little under - 1.0 MPa and - 1.5 MPa PEG-6000 with the stress degree stronger and the stress time longer in two cuhivars, however, they began to raise again after recovery. ' Abbondanza' has more strong ability of photosynthesis and stronger drought resistance than ' Qingchun 38' during seedlings.
