血尿安胶囊治疗湿热下注型原发性肾小球性血尿36例  

Clinical Effect of Xueniao'an Capsule on the Treatment of 36 Primary Glomerular Hematuria Patients with Damp-Heat Pouring Downward Syndrome

摘　　要：目的观察血尿安胶囊治疗原发性肾小球性血尿的临床疗效。方法 72例湿热下注型原发性肾小球性血尿患者随机分为血尿安胶囊组(治疗组)36例,雷公藤多甙片+三金片组(对照组)36例,观察患者临床症状、中医证候积分、尿红细胞、24h尿蛋白定量、血CRP改善情况及疗效。结果血尿安胶囊有减轻原发性肾小球性血尿作用,控制血尿疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。改善中医临床证候积分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组均能稳定BUN、Scr、Ccr水平,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有效率86.11%,明显高于对照组69.45%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论血尿安胶囊可减轻原发性肾小球性血尿,值得进一步研究。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xueniao＇ an Capsule on the treatment of primary glomerular hematuria patients with damp - heat pouring downward syndrome. Methods ： 72 patients were randomly divided into a Xueniao＇ an Capsule group （ treatment group） and a Tripterygium ＋ Sanjinpian group （control group） ,36 cases per group. The clinical symptoms, TCM symptom scores, urine red blood cells ,24h urinary protein and serum CRP improvement of the patients were observed. Results ：The Xueniao＇ an Capsule group allevia- ted primary glomerular hematuria and controlled hematuria better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The TCM clinical symptom scores of the treatment group improved better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Both groups stabilized BUN, Scr and Ccr level. The differ- ence of the two groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The effect rate （ 86.11% ） of the treatment group was significantly higher than that （69.45 % ）of the control group. In comparison of the two groups, the difference was significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Xueniao＇ an Capsule may alleviate primary glomerular hematuria hematuria, worthy of further study.
