针刺干预神经肽Y抗焦虑的研究进展分析

摘　　要：随着焦虑障碍(anxiety disorder,AD)的危害日渐加重,各研究对其关注亦甚多。研究表明,神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)及其受体Y1、Y2与焦虑障碍密切相关。中医针灸作为一种天然绿色健康疗法,可良性缓解焦虑情绪。但针刺调节焦虑障碍的NPY及其受体异常的相关研究进展分析,尚不清楚。故本文拟从NPY及受体异常与焦虑障碍、针刺调节NPY治疗相关疾病、针刺干预NPY抗焦虑的进展及展望这4方面,分析焦虑障碍的NPY及受体异常及针刺干预相关研究,拟为针刺抗焦虑的深入机制及临床研究提供新思路。With an increasing harm of anxiety disorders （AD）, more studies attach more importance to its study. Studies have shown that neuropeptide Y（NPY） and receptor Y1 ,Y2 and anxiety disorders are closely related. Acupuncture as a natural green health therapy can relieve anxiety benign. But the research progress of acupuncture that regulates NPY of anxiety disorders and its receptor abnormalities correlation is unclear. The paper aims at analyzing the diseases NPY related to its receptor abnormalities, anxiety disorders, acupuncture regulation and acupuncture intervention and the studies that NPY related to anxiety disorders and its receptor abnormalities so as to provide new ideas for further anxiolytic mechanism and clinical application.
